Nour Alnuaimi
Founder and CEO
Nour’s background is in financial services having been a venture capital and private equity investor prior to founding Upsurance. Her investment experience covers a wide range of stages from Series A to D across startups and scale-ups with industry expertise in fintech and insure-tech across B2B software and marketplaces. Nour brings a rigorous and customer-centric approach to technology product development and is continuously implementing that at Upsurance. Nour holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the American University of Sharjah.

Lead Software Engineer
Sid is a seasoned full-stack software engineer with over 25 years of extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering network applications. With a diverse and rich background, Sid has crafted software solutions for various industries, including travel, finance, manufacturing, government, and security services. As the Lead Software Engineer at Upsurance, Sid uses his technical expertise to guide the team in creating cutting-edge solutions that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
